1. Payment Due

The Client agrees to pay the invoice issued by Anderson Estate Media LLC upon receipt. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, full payment must be received prior to the scheduled service date. Anderson Estate Media LLC is under no obligation to perform services until payment has been received in full.

2. Failure to Pay

If payment is not received by the invoice due date, Anderson Estate Media LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scheduled appointment without liability. Appointments canceled due to non-payment will be rescheduled based on availability and may require a new booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.

Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or appointments for which the Client or property is unavailable at the scheduled time, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service fee.

If inclement weather, unsafe conditions, property access issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party prevent the services from being completed, Anderson Estate Media LLC may reschedule the appointment at the next mutually available date without penalty.

4. Refund Policy

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each Client, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been completed.

If the Client cancels at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full or applied as a credit toward a future appointment, at the Client's election.

If Anderson Estate Media LLC is unable to perform the contracted services due to circumstances within its control, the Client will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

Refunds will not be issued based solely on subjective preferences regarding weather conditions, natural lighting, landscaping, cleanliness, staging, or other property conditions that were present at the time of the scheduled service.

5. Property Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photography-ready prior to the scheduled appointment. Anderson Estate Media LLC will photograph the property in its condition upon arrival unless otherwise directed.

If the property is not ready and the Client requests additional waiting time, rescheduling, or a return visit, additional service fees may apply. Anderson Estate Media LLC is not responsible for moving furniture, cleaning, decluttering, or staging the property unless those services have been specifically contracted.

6. Property Access

The Client is responsible for ensuring that Anderson Estate Media LLC has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access cannot be obtained due to locked premises, absent occupants, security restrictions, pets, or any other circumstance outside the control of Anderson Estate Media LLC, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and applicable cancellation or travel fees may apply.

7. Weather Policy

Outdoor photography is performed at the professional discretion of Anderson Estate Media LLC.

If weather conditions—including rain, heavy smoke, excessive wind, snow, or other conditions that would significantly reduce image quality or create unsafe working conditions—are present, Anderson Estate Media LLC reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the appointment.

The Client may request that the appointment proceed despite unfavorable weather conditions; however, Anderson Estate Media LLC cannot guarantee image quality or provide complimentary return visits solely due to weather-related conditions.​

8. Copyright & Image Licensing

All photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, drone imagery, and other media created by Anderson Estate Media LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted works of Anderson Estate Media LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing and advertising the specific property identified in this agreement.

The license does not permit resale, transfer, sublicensing, or reuse of the media for another property, business, builder, designer, contractor, or marketing campaign without prior written permission from Anderson Estate Media LLC.

Anderson Estate Media LLC reserves the right to use the created media for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, and other promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the scheduled service.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce high-quality media and deliver services as agreed, Anderson Estate Media LLC's liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Anderson Estate Media LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by weather, acts of God, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, restricted property access, utility outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
